'Baby blues' là từ dùng chỉ một quãng thời gian ngắn những người phụ nữ sau sinh trải qua. Họ thường cảm thấy buồn phiền, lo lắng, tâm trạng lên xuống thất thường và nhạy cảm hơn trước kia.
