"Big woman on campus" nghĩa là gì?

"Big woman on campus" = chị đại trong trường -> nghĩa là nữ sinh nổi tiếng trong trường (thường là đại học), cụm từ này đôi khi mang tính chế nhạo, nhất là nhắm tới những ai tự phụ/kiêu ngạo.
Ví dụ
Haley is the big woman on campus at Groff Community College. The students love her antics (trò hề), the faculty (khoa) loves her can-do spirit (tinh thần), and we love her because she is Stan’s daughter from American Dad. On her first day back after an extended holiday break, her faculty advisor informs (thông báo) her she’s only one credit away from graduation (lễ tốt nghiệp).
