"Cow college" nghĩa là gì?

"Cow college" là thành ngữ dùng để chỉ các trường cao đẳng, đại học mà ở đó, các ngành đào tạo được chú trọng là các ngành liên quan đến nông nghiệp hoặc ám chỉ những trường ở vùng xa xôi, hẻo lánh, ít được biết tới.
