"Down for the count" nghĩa là thất bại, sụp đổ. Đây là một thuật ngữ trong thi đấu quyền anh, nếu một võ sĩ bị đánh ngã xuống đất và không đứng dậy trước khi trọng tài đếm đến mười, họ sẽ thua.
