"Have a good mind" nghĩa là gì?

"Have a good mind" dùng để miêu tả cảm giác rất tức giận/bực mình và rất muốn/định làm điều gì đó nhưng không thật sự muốn làm vậy; ví dụ (định) bảo trẻ con hàng xóm không dẫm lên bãi cỏ nhà mình (nhưng thôi, "hàng xóm láng giềng", "dĩ hòa vi quý"), v.v...
Ví dụ
