"Sing up a storm" = Hát sung như gọi bão tới -> Hát rất sung, phấn khích trong suốt một thời gian, đặc biệt trong một dịp quan trọng hoặc đặc biệt.

Ví dụ
“Thousands of people joined Pub Choir in 10 regional towns across Queensland to sing up a storm,” Mr Hinchliffe said.

If the crowd (mọi người, đám đông) are disappointed, they do an immensely (hết sức, vô cùng) good job of covering it up, and you can see why. You don’t get anywhere in the world of gospel (phúc âm) by quacking on like Mark E Smith, and the vocalists (người hát, ca sĩ) duly sing up a storm.

Not only does Grandmont fiddle (chơi viôlông) and sing up a storm, but he also showcases the musical talents of fellow artists such as percussionist (người chơi nhạc cụ gõ) Dan Baerg, sister duo Devan and Paige Ballagh, multi-instrumentalists Brian Barber and Dee Klinger, Alberta-based actress Alison Lynch, bass player Erik Larson, violinist Leah Grandmont (Jesse’s little sister).
