"Times have changed" nghĩa là gì?

"Times have changed" = Thời gian/mọi thứ đã thay đổi -> Hoàn cảnh/tình huống hiện tại đã khác hẳn so với trước.

The United States led by Trump has vowed to escalate trade war with China, and as of now both are bleeding sea of red and flirtatious (thích ve vãn) volatility (tính nhẹ dạ) reign in their major indexes. More so, China’s economy has slowed the most in twenty six years as a direct result of the trade war.
