"A ripple effect" nghĩa là gì?

'A ripple effect' = hiệu ứng gợn sóng, mà các bạn biết đấy 'sóng' thì dồn dập liên tục -> tác động liên tiếp của thứ gì hay sự kiện gì lên những thứ khác.
