"Cheap at half the price" nghĩa là gì?

"Cheap at half the price" = rẻ chỉ bằng nửa giá tiền -> cụm từ này thường mang nghĩa là cực kỳ rẻ và được dùng chủ yếu ở nước Anh và Úc. Tuy nhiên, thỉnh thoảng cụm này vẫn được dùng để nói về một sản phẩm nào đó quá đắt tiền nên không thể mua được mặc dù giá đã giảm đi đáng kể.
