"Have the hots" nghĩa là gì?

"Get/have the hots (for somebody)" = thấy ai đó nóng bỏng -> nghĩa là mê muội, rất say mê ai (có thể về mặt thể xác).

It sounds like Lovato and Johnson totally have the hots for one another. The swimsuit photo showed off the 27-year-old singer's body and was accompanied by a confident statement about accepting one's self, imperfections and all.
At the same time, it’s futile (vô ích) to even try to criticize (chỉ trích) or bring arguments against this sort of design trick simply because the reality teaches us that people have the hots for this particular shape. Otherwise, the streets wouldn’t have been swarming (đầy, nhung nhúc) with the likes of Audi Q8, BMW X4 and X6, Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe and GLE Coupe and soon, Porsche Cayenne Coupe. So we’ll leave this matter alone for now.
