"He who fights and runs away, may live to fight another day" = Người đang chiến đấu mà chạy mất dép có khả năng sống sót để tiếp tục một cuộc chiến khác -> Rất hèn nhát khi chạy trốn khỏi một cuộc chiến nhưng lại cho bạn cơ hội ngon ăn để sống sót trở về; được dùng để nói là quyết định tốt và chấp nhận được khi rời bỏ một hoàn cảnh khó khăn.
