"Hen's teeth" = răng gà mái -> nghĩa là cái gì đó rất hiếm, ít thấy (gà không có răng).

Ví dụ
As Geelong stretched (duỗi) its lead against North Melbourne on Saturday night, Richo offered his expert analysis (phân tích) on the Kangaroos’ poor goalkicking — they finished the game with just one goal and eight behinds. “(Shaun) Higgins missed one he’d normally kick, (Jack) Ziebell’s missed that one, they’re like hen’s teeth here tonight, those shots, got to make the most (of them),” he said on Channel 7. He continued: “Why are hen’s teeth rare, by the way? I’ve got no idea.”

However, it seems, that’s only the case provided you use the health insurer’s (công ty bảo hiểm) “preferred (được ưu đãi) surgeons”. Ours isn’t, yet changing at this stage is not something we’re keen to do (thích làm). So our surgeon has booked us into the public system, for now, while we try to find out what it will cost to have him do the operation in a private hospital. Apparently, to do this you must have the item numbers for the procedure (quy trình). That’s like trying to pull hen’s teeth, we’ve found.

Safe to say, such unvarnished (thẳng thắn) consent (đồng thuận chung) screens are as rare as hen’s teeth on the modern Internet. But, in Europe, beefed up (tăng cường) privacy laws are now being used to challenge the ‘data industrial complex’s systemic abuses and help individuals enforce their rights against a behavior-tracking adtech industry that regulators  (lãnh đạo) have warned is out of control.
