"Lazy man's load" = Gánh nặng của người lười -> Một mớ đồ nên được chở/gánh nhiều lần nhưng người đó lại cố gắng mang/vận chuyển hết tất cả mọi thứ chỉ trong một lần để tránh phải quay lại để chở tiếp.

Ví dụ
In farming life, “A lazy man’s load” described a tractor (máy kéo) that was heavily laden (chất đầy, nặng trĩu), thus avoiding going back a second time.

That’s the problem in this precise moment (đúng vào lúc này, lúc đó). It was all going a bit too well. The Raptors had won five games in a row against a) the best team by record in the NBA, and b) the best team, period. That isn’t sustainable (không thể chống đỡ được). The Raptors decided to unsustain it for five minutes and 25 seconds on Sunday night, which is what my mother would call “carrying a lazy man’s load.” Don’t do all your unsustaining at once. You’ll pull something.

It's like weightlifting (nâng tạ), and takes brute (thú vật, xác thịt) strength. The lazy man's load event includes the transportation of groceries (hàng tạp hóa) from the back of a vehicle and into a home. Competitors would need to try to carry an entire trip's worth of groceries into a residence, shuffle (di chuyển, lê bước) through a purse for the keys (an event in and of itself), unlock the door and make it all the way into the kitchen before dropping everything.
