"Pink collar" nghĩa là gì?

'Pink collar' chỉ những người có cổ áo màu hồng, một cách nói ẩn dụ cho ngành dịch vụ hoặc công nghiệp mà phần lớn nhân lực là nữ. Giống như 'blue collar' là những người làm công việc tay chân hay dùng sức lực, 'white collar' là những người làm công việc văn phòng, lao động trí óc nhiều hơn.
