'Rub one up the wrong way' từ này bắt nguồn từ hình ảnh chải lông (rub) cho mèo, thường không ai chải ngược lại chiều lông mọc -> nghĩa là làm ai khó chịu, chọc tức ai; làm trái ý ai.
