"The white man's burden" nghĩa là gì?

"The white man's burden" = "Gánh nặng người da trắng", bài thơ của Rudyard Kipling -> Một nhiệm vụ/tín ngưỡng mà những người thực dân châu Âu bắt buộc phải áp đặt lên đời sống những người nô lệ (người da đen) hoặc vùng lãnh thổ họ đang cai trị.
