The 757 and 767 fleet (phi đội) get rode hard and put away wet because there aren’t enough of them and mechanicals are more likely.

If you’ve been driving through Wellesley, Massachusetts, looking for Old Town Road, you’re gonna look rode hard and put away wet by the time you find it.

“Being the guy with the aerospace engineering (kỹ thuật hàng không) degree, I would say, ‘We can do better than that.’ That horse has been rode hard and put away wet too many times.”

A poorly tended (chăm sóc kém) horse can suffer from chills and muscle cramps (chuột rút) and become ill-tempered (nóng nảy) and resentful (phẫn uất). In the same vein, a person who is “rode hard and put away wet” is just as likely to suffer as a result of neglect (bỏ mặc) or mistreatment (ngược đãi).
