"Summer and winter" = Hè và đông/sự kết thúc của mùa hè -> Điều khiển, giám sát và quản lý thái độ cũng như năng lực của ai đó để xem họ có đủ tiêu chuẩn để làm việc trong thời gian lâu dài không.
Ví dụ
