"Flat out like a lizard drinking" = nằm bẹp giống thằn lằn uống nước -> cụm từ này nghĩa là rất bận rộn; bận tâm, lo lắng nhiều vấn đề cùng một lúc; với tốc độ, năng lượng, hiệu quả cao nhất có thể.
