"Fringe benefit" nghĩa là gì?

"Fringe benefit" = phúc lợi phi tiền tệ -> nghĩa là tất cả các yếu tố phi tiền công hay tiền lương trong tổng lợi ích bằng tiền mà một người đi làm nhận được từ công việc của mình; phụ cấp ngoài.
Ví dụ
Employers (giới chủ) are facing a "significant financial slug" from a proposed change to fringe benefit tax rules for car parks provided for workers. The Tax Office issued a new ruling likely to change arrangements for suburban (ngoại ô) employers who provide car parking for staff, due to come into force from April 1, 2020.
