"Open your heart" nghĩa là gì?

"Open your heart" = Mở lòng mình -> Bắt đầu chia sẻ với người khác về những cảm xúc/suy nghĩ hay chuyện riêng tư từ sâu thẳm bên trong; mở lòng mình để yêu thương ai/điều gì.

Ví dụ
If you currently just look to the day, but have the desire to open your heart to more than that, what you need to do is slow down, be still, listen, notice and be present.

I’m a newlywed (người mới cưới) and just got married a couple of weeks ago. It’s a good reminder for me as I’m in this beginning part of the journey about how much daily work it takes to communicate and open your heart to someone.

They would love nothing more than to find a favorite spot on the back of a couch or a windowsill (bật cửa sổ) with the sun beating down on them, or maybe on a cat bed near the wood stove. Can you open your heart and home to these two?
