"Run past you" nghĩa là gì?

"Run (something) past (one)" = Chạy để truyền cái gì cho ai -> Tình cờ/ngẫu nhiên giải thích, thông báo điều gì cho ai.
Ví dụ
"This is how I think you should do it, but if you guys come up with a better way, as long as you run it past me, then let's do it your way.'”.
I pleaded (bào chữa) my case that if she comes across any of my stuff that she is 50/50 on, just know that I'm 90/10 and she should run it past me.
