"Take (something) to heart" = Để bụng/để trong lòng -> Cân nhắc/xem xét ý kiến hay nhận xét của ai; coi điều gì đó đáng phải suy xét/để trong lòng vì nó làm bạn xúc động, buồn vui hay thậm chí tổn thương.

Ví dụ
Fair enough. Anyone who’s still using “Babytron” can promptly shelve it and try to come up with something a little more unique and original. Golladay would probably appreciate it, if not take it to heart and use it assuming the title fit.

If you are comfortable flying solo, it is perfectly acceptable to live your life that way. The people who are telling you otherwise may mean well, but you do not have to take it to heart. Live your life the way you want, do not second-guess yourself and don’t allow yourself to be pressured. If you are content (hài lòng), you are doing fine.

“In my 20s, I would very much take it personally and really take it to heart and think, oh, there's something wrong with the way that I am naturally, and now that I'm in my late 30s, almost hitting 40, I'm like, oh, I don't have time,” Headland said regarding others’ opinions of her. “I just don't have time to restructure (điều chỉnh lại) who I am. I am what my identity is and I worked really hard to get here so I don't really need to ever tear myself down to build myself back up again.”
