"Try your wings" nghĩa là gì?

"Try (one's) wings (out)" = Thử dang đôi cánh -> Thử dùng kỹ năng hoặc điều mình mới học vào thực tế; thử làm điều gì mới để xem mình có thể may mắn không.
Ví dụ
Try your wings, Josh! You will not grow new muscles (cơ bắp, sức mạnh) by tolerating bad behavior, keeping quiet and cursing (chửi rủa) Bart under your breath.
Your first goals as a new consultant (người cố vấn, tư vấn) are to try your wings, build your confidence and establish your credibility (sự tín nhiệm, đáng tin cậy). Your initial clients will be happy to let other people know about your work.
