“Go cold turkey” hoặc "quit/kick (something) cold turkey" có nghĩa “cai”, dừng làm điều gì (thói quen xấu hoặc chất gây nghiện) một cách đột ngột, thay vì thay đổi một cách dần dần, như cai rượu, thuốc lá hay thuốc phiện.
