"Lend your money and lose your friend" = Cho bạn mượn tiền thì chẳng khác gì mất luôn người bạn đó -> Câu thành ngữ khuyên chúng ta rằng nên hạn chế cho bạn mình mượn tiền vì mình sẽ rất ngại hoặc sợ làm phiền người bạn đó khi chúng ta đòi lại số tiền cho mượn, mà không đòi cũng không được và nói chung rất khó xử và đe dọa đến tình bạn.
