"Strain at a gnat" nghĩa là gì?

"Strain at a gnat" có từ "gnat" là con muỗi = căng thẳng quá mức vì những việc nhỏ như con muỗi -> thổi phồng hoặc quá chú ý vào những việc nhỏ nhặt và xem chúng một cách to tát.

Let us not strain at “a gnat,” and swallow “the camel” of our own evil.
