"Zero hour" nghĩa là gì?

"Zero hour" = không giờ -> thời gian quan trọng mà một hoạt động được lên kết hoạch sẽ bắt đầu, thường là hoạt động quân đội.

The advisory, issued on Wednesday, had asked the channels to desist (ngừng) from broadcasting (phát sóng) content that could incite (kích động) violence or cause law and order problems.
