"Free up cap space" nghĩa là gì?

"Free up cap space" = dọn cho trống chỗ -> cụm từ này nghĩa là tăng số tiền mà một đội chuyên nghiệp có sẵn để chi trả cho tiền lương của cầu thủ, chẳng hạn như bằng cách nhượng hoặc giảm bớt cầu thủ.
