"Have the run of something" -> sự cho phép tự do sử dụng.

Ví dụ
One successful bidder was Midvale Steel; soon naval inspectors (thanh tra hải quân), extended every courtesy, had the run of the Midvale shops.

“We were concerned that we might be stuck in a room for the 14 days, but in fact, we have the run of the building. We’re also allowed outside. There’s a perimeter (vành đai) marked by an orange fence, so we can actually let the kids run off some energy and get some fresh air.”

There's also the possibility that much, or all, of the additional activities will be included in the price. Visiting the "bridge" of the ship or doing lightsaber training might be something that is simply available for you to do by being on board. The shore excursion (chuyến tham quan) to Batuu will probably be included with the price, which means you're getting a theme park ticket as part of your stay. One assumes you'll have the run of Disney's Hollywood Studios, not simply Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, since I'm not sure how they keep you out.
