"Abuse of privileges" nghĩa là gì?

"Abuse of privileges" có từ abuse là lạm dụng, từ privileges là đặc quyền -> cụm từ này nghĩa là lợi dụng quyền lực sai trái, bất hợp pháp, khiến người khác phải chịu thiệt hại; lạm dụng quyền lực, lạm quyền, lộng quyền.
