"Get/find your bearings" = Thấy được/có được góc phương vị của bạn -> Ý là bạn biết rõ mình đang ở đâu, nắm rõ hoàn cảnh bạn đang như thế nào đặc biệt là tình cảnh mới và lạ với bạn; hiểu rõ mọi thứ diễn ra xung quanh bạn.

Ví dụ 
There are opportunities to hop on and off as you please and it is a relaxed way to get your bearings – the full loop takes about 40 minutes.
