"Get (one's) finger out" = Hiện nguyên hình luôn đi/cho thấy rõ hình dáng luôn -> Ngưng lại việc quanh co/trì trệ mà hãy làm ngay đi, hành động ngay đi; khích lệ ai bắt đầu nỗ lực làm việc.
