"In residence" nghĩa là gì?

'In residence' = ở một nơi nào đó trong một khoảng thời gian dài (do được bổ nhiệm, vị trí công việc hoặc lấy cảm hứng làm việc).

Growing up, Nova Weipert didn't fit in easily. They were Indigenous and adopted, and transgendered in a community that called them a girl. Now, Weipert is the 2020 Indigenous storyteller in residence at the Vancouver Public Library.
As photographer in residence, Duncan has also created a photographic and video library to showcase life at Glenisla and Parklands’ other care homes. With the permission of residents and family members, many of his images have been shared on social media and featured on the Parklands website.
In order to be eligible for the Pac-12 Scholar-Athlete of the Year award, student-athletes must be a senior (in athletics eligibility) on track to receive a degree, have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher, participate in at least 50 percent of the scheduled contests in the sport and have a minimum of one year in residence at the institution.
