"In the interest of justice" nghĩa là gì?

"In the interest of justice" = vì lợi ích của công lý -> nghĩa là để lấy lại công bằng và sự thật.

The judge held that it is not in the interest of justice to delay (hoãn) hearing of a case, adding that it is not the duty of the court (nghĩa vụ của tòa) to serve subpoena (trát đòi hầu tòa) on a witness, but only to provide a bailiff (chấp hành viên).
“Without prejudice (không có tổn hại), we like to remind the whole world that the Zamfara governorship tussles (đấu tranh thủ lĩnh) was purely an intra party matter (vấn đề nội bộ) of which PDP was not a party to the litigation (tranh chấp) and because it was a case involving Governorship primary election (bầu cử sơ bộ) only, we are hopeful that the consequential order earlier issued in favor of the PDP would be set aside in the interest of justice.
The law would allow the governor to to issue an executive order (lệnh hành pháp) during a public health or state of emergency (tình trạng khẩn cấp). The order could last for two months after the emergency is over. The law allows eviction (trục xuất) or foreclosure (tịch thu tài sản) proceedings to be filed or heard during the emergency, but authorities would have to refrain (kiềm chế) on acting on any removal orders unless a judge (thẩm phán) determines "that removal is necessary in the interest of justice."
