"More in sorrow than in anger" -> nghĩa là buồn nhiều hơn là tức giận (vì hành vi của ai).

Ví dụ
Probably the parents of such a family fear any form of strife (hình thức xung đột), so normal childish quarrels (cãi vã) and tantrums (cơn giận) are treated “more in sorrow than in anger', which is devastating (phá phách).

The Rebbe leaned forward (nghiêng người về phía trước) as if to measure (nhìn đánh giá) me up and said with more sorrow than anger: "That means you are writing lies!" I did not answer immediately. The scolded (bị mắng) child within me had nothing to say in his defense (phòng vệ).

Seven gazed (nhìn chằm chằm) at Noon, seemingly more in sorrow than in anger. “It wasn't your fault, Noon,” he stated solemnly (nghiêm nghị). "I should have never thrust (đẩy) you into such a combustible (bồng bột) situation. You are too young, too apt (có khả năng) to overreact (phản ứng thái quá)."
