"More with brains than with brawn" = dùng não nhiều hơn cơ bắp -> nghĩa là dùng sức mạnh của trí tuệ thay vì sức mạnh thể chất.

Ví dụ
The move (động thái) represents part of the reformation drive (nỗ lực cải cách) led by Anderson in an attempt to recalibrate (hiệu chuẩn) law enforcement (thi hành pháp luật) as more brain than brawn.

Belichick has worked with a quarterback (vị trí thủ quân trong bóng bầu dục) before who was considered an average prospect (nhìn toàn cảnh), who played with brains more than brawn. It seemed to work out OK.

While Mister Freeze is usually shown as a character (nhân vật) that is more brains than brawn, director (đạo diễn) Joel Schumacher wanted someone who looked like they were carved (điêu khắc) out of ice for the role (vai diễn).

Instead of uttering (thốt ra) classic Arnold one-liners (lời nói đùa ngắn) and phrases with his Austrian accent, this Arnold look-alike has a cheery British accent. Perhaps the pair of glasses Arnold’s rocking (lắc lắc) on the bridge of his nose (sống mũi) is a hint that he’s more brains than brawn.
