"Race to the bottom" nghĩa là gì?

"Race to the bottom" = cuộc đua xuống đáy -> nghĩa là thuật ngữ chỉ sự cạnh tranh giữa các doanh nghiệp, quốc gia, tiểu bang, bằng các cách như giảm chất lượng hoặc hi sinh lợi ích của người lao động để giảm giá sản phẩm xuống thấp hơn đối thủ.
