"Rank higher than" nghĩa là gì?

"Rank higher than (one) " = đạt thứ hạng cao hơn -> nghĩa là cấp bậc, vị trí cao hơn trong doanh nghiệp, chính phủ hoặc quân đội.

These percentile-ranked (thứ hạng phần trăm) scores using both fundamental (cơ bản) and technical analysis (phân tích) give investors (nhà đầu tư) an easy way to view the attractiveness (sự hấp dẫn) of specific stocks. The scores range from 0 to 100, meaning a score of 50 represents that stock ranking higher than 50 percent of all stocks.
There are thousands of options and it can be confusing (nhầm lẫn) on what actually constitutes (tạo nên) a "great" value.
