"Swindle sheet" nghĩa là gì?

"Swindle sheet" có từ "swindle" là lừa đảo, bịp bợm. Nhưng cụm từ này lại nói đến giấy/sổ ghi chép 'tài khoản chi phí' (expense account), tức là tài khoản của công ty tạo cho nhân viên, dùng cho chi phí công tác.
