"Wrap up in cotton wool" nghĩa là gì?

"Wrap (one) up in cotton wool" có từ "cotton wool" là loại bông mộc, bông xơ (để làm cốt áo, làm nệm...). Cụm từ có nghĩa bao bọc quá mức, bảo vệ quá mức, chiều chuộng quá.
