"Bulk bill" nghĩa là gì?

"Bulk bill" = hóa đơn khổng lồ -> chi trả thông qua Medicare, bảo hiểm y tế (ở Úc). "Bulk Billing" là khi bác sĩ sử dụng chương trình tài trợ y tế của chính phủ hoàn toàn khi tính lệ phí khám bệnh, các bác sĩ không thể tính thêm bất kỳ khoản phí nào khác khi bạn đến khám bệnh.
