"Girl boss" nghĩa là gì?

"Girl boss" = sếp nữ -> cô gái mạnh mẽ, cá tính, độc lập, người biết rõ mình phải làm gì mà muốn gì, người nắm quyền kiểm soát cuộc đời mình, không nhất thiết phải là chủ doanh nghiệp ("boss").
Ví dụ
'Girlboss' is a sexist (quyến rũ nhất) Trojan horse. It appears to raise women up, to carve out (tạo ra) space for us in a working world still too crowded (đông đúc) with men.
While it’s absolutely fine to be a #girlboss, many of the decisions (quyết định) that get made during your 20s and 30s will carry out into your 40s and 50s. Thankfully that includes good habits (thói quen), but it also leaves room to continue bad habits if you’re not careful.
Girlboss culture is now ubiquitous (tồn tại khắp mọi nơi). Somewhat miraculously (phi thường), it has become a mainstay (cơ sở chính) of contemporary feminism (chủ nghĩa nữ quyền đương đại) over the last few years. I see it everywhere: in adverts (quảng cáo), emblazoned (trang trí) across notebooks and, ironically (trớ trêu thay), printed on T-shirts made in countries where it’s likely a woman was underpaid (trả lương không xứng đáng) for her work.
