"If it's not one thing it's another" nghĩa là gì?

"If/when it's not one thing, it's another!" nghĩa là nhiều điều không may mắn, gây căng thẳng ức chế cứ liên tục diễn ra, hết cái này lại đến cái khác.
Ví dụ
