"Mouthful of marbles" = mồm toàn bi -> nghĩa là người nói chuyện không rõ ràng, nói chuyện lầm bầm, mồm cứ như đang ngậm viên bi.

Ví dụ
He talked so rarely in the course of a day that when he did, it often felt strange, as if he had a mouthful of marbles.

It's often said Todd Greenberg's greatest strength (sức mạnh) is he's a politician (chính trị gia) who can talk underwater with a mouthful of marbles.

Anyone can get their grandmother to make them a jumpsuit (bộ liền thân) and get onstage and talk like they’ve got a mouthful of marbles and someone can say, ‘Oh, that’s supposed to be Elvis.’

There's also Downey's utterly charmless performance (màn thể hiện vô cùng quyến rũ) as Dolittle, a combination (kết hợp) of desperate improvisation (ứng biến) and a Welsh accent that sounds pushed through a mouthful of marbles and indifference (lãnh đạm).
