"On the tip of your tongue" nghĩa là gì?

"(Be) on the tip of one's tongue" = trên đầu lưỡi -> nghĩa là gần như nhớ ra rồi, lời nói đến cửa miệng rồi mà vẫn không nhớ nổi.
