"Win-win situation" nghĩa là gì?

"Win-win situation" nghĩa là nguyên tắc thắng-thắng, nguyên tắc đôi bên cùng có lợi. Đây là một trong những nguyên tắc cơ bản của nghệ thuật đàm phán, kinh doanh hiện đại. Theo nguyên tắc này, những người tham gia đàm phán, kinh doanh, hợp tác với nhau sẽ tôn trọng và chấp nhận nguyên tắc "đôi bên cùng có lợi" (win-win) hoặc "các bên cùng có lợi" (win-win-win). Nguyên tắc này đảm bảo cho kết quả hợp tác bền vững hơn.
Ví dụ
Jolyn Foltz is a giver. The 33-year-old South Lebanon native harbors (người bản địa) a need to give, and through it, she has created a win-win-win situation that goes by the name of Give Forward Lebanon.
The organization (tổ chức) collects cash donations (tiền quyên góp)– from the community and purchases (chi trả) meals from area restaurants to provide meals for local hospital workers. A win-win situation for both restaurants and hospital employees.
It’s called a ‘win-win-situation’: The start-ups (công ty khởi nghiệp) get extra man-hours (giờ lao động) and a breath of fresh air in their company and the students get a look behind the scenes (hậu trường) at different companies at the same time, during their internship (thực tập).
We learned at the March 11 community center workshop (hội thảo) that Mr. Risbara, along with the Edge Sports Facility, will indeed build a pool and ice hockey facility (cơ sở). And taxpayers (người trả thuế) won’t have to contribute (đóng góp) a dime. It would be a private venture (dự án tư nhân) – as it should be. Swimmers are happy, hockey players are happy and taxpayers are happy. This is a win-win-win situation.
