"Get to feet" nghĩa là gì?

"Get to (one's) feet" -> cụm từ này nghĩa là đứng lên hoặc bật dậy lên (như cả lớp đứng lên chào tạm biệt cô giáo hoặc đứng dậy để cổ vũ ai).

Ví dụ
It's not that I forgot how to ride waves, it's that my body just wouldn't let me get to my feet as easy to do what I've done for more than 40 years.

We forget to breathe at the times we most need to. While the audience is clapping as you get to your feet, inhale deeply through the nose and then allow the air to leave your body through an open mouth over at least 10 seconds. You will immediately feel more relaxed.

Then I think, ‘I’d better stand up with all the other chaps (thằng cha) and shout something’, so I get to my feet just as everyone else is sitting down, so that when the player or referee (trọng tài) looks over at the source of the abuse, all they see is me standing and shouting in their direction, “And you’ve got a big nose!”, or whatever are the worst terms of abuse I can dredge (nạo vét, rắc) up from the nastiest depths of my mainly lily-white soul.
