"A white knight" nghĩa là gì?

"A white knight" = hiệp sĩ trắng -> nghĩa là người cứu giúp bạn hoặc người cứu một công ty đang có nguy cơ bị mua lại quyền kiểm soát bởi một công ty khác. "White night" có thể dùng để chỉ một tổ chức, công ty hoặc cá nhân có kế hoạch giúp đỡ tổ chức, công ty hay cá nhân khác.
