"Nine to five job" nghĩa là gì?

"Nine to five job" = công việc làm từ 9 giờ sáng đến 5 giờ chiều -> công việc nhàm chán, không có gì mới mẻ.

Ví dụ
After quitting her nine-to-five job in mass media (truyền thông đại chúng) marketing, Ashwini decided to explore organic and natural ingredients to produce handmade soaps and eventually launched Sunshine Elements in 2018. This is also because she experienced skin pigmentation (da không đều màu) and rashes (phát ban) because of harsh (thô ráp) soaps during pregnancy.

With multiple sectors being affected and investor wealth at record lows, having a nine-to-five job may give you a false sense of comfort. When you choose to or are forced to be a freelancer, you take away that illusion (áo tưởng) (or that illusion is taken away from you). This awareness tends to push you to innovate, work smarter, and think differently than the way you’ve been used to thinking. The important thing to know here is that uncertainty needn’t always be a bad thing.

Bawang’s entire operation is just me—from creating the weekly menus to taking orders, shopping at Costco, Loblaws and Chinatown all masked and gloved up, cooking, packaging and delivering meals as many as three times per week. I wrap each lumpia, which are Filipino spring rolls, by hand, so there are times when I’m up until 4 a.m. because I have to make hundreds of them. After a couple hours of sleep, I get up at 6:30 a.m. to start prepping (dọn hàng), cooking and driving all over the city, sometimes not getting home until 10 p.m. It’s a lot more demanding than my previous nine-to-five job, and at the end of each day, I feel tired but satisfied.
